HVAC - biannual servicing by qualified personnel of your system(s) to make sure everything is working correctly and replace filters on a regular basis

Gutter cleaning - twice yearly of all gutters and downspouts

Window cleaning - Annual cleaning of all windows inside and out

Pressure Washing - Driveway, patio, deck, roof mildew or other exterior surfaces (one item per year)

Smoke Alarms - replace the batteries in your sensors and upgrade to current code guidelines if necessary

Crawlspace - if applicable, twice a year we will inspect the crawlspace for signs of leaks, cracks, damaged vapor barrier or other potential emerging issues

‘Honey Do’ Items - 4 hours of JOMA Repairs Crew work annually (materials not included)

Tracking - we will update you monthly on the status of your home and keep record of the age of all systems as well as provide alerts for upcoming service needs
