Meet Liam and JOMA Building Leaders
JOMA Building Leaders
is our innovative training program for leaders at JOMA in all positions. Created and presented by Liam O'Shaughnessy, a JOMA Lead Carpenter and Martial Arts Coach, we discuss leadership, team building, and self improvement through well crafted presentations and analogous stories that reinforce the "why" behind every action can take. We began recording sessions to utilize this impactful content for educating future employees, and for our team to re-explore the fun and smart JOMA culture cultivated in these presentations. Liam's proven approach, inspired by his lifetime of disciplined Martial Arts Training and programs taught nationwide by his peers, promotes personal responsibility and self confidence that is beneficial for anyone trying to succeed in their goals, whatever they may be.
